i think it's a good thing,it would really bite to be her if he could. i love Edward but he has a temper, it's really best that he doesn't hear what she thinks, i don't think any relationship would work if one or both people knew what the other thought all the time. when you throw those two's personalitys into it -shiver. Bella would be mad because of the privicy issues and Edward would get mad about what she was thinking( he'd be likly to have alice 'babysite' ...
