I'm Sam. Lauren is right - no need to feel bad about being lost. It hapens to everyone when they first join. I haven't been on the site for very long either, but I got used to things pretty quickly, so I'm sure you will too. A good place to start is joining a cult. The Cult Quiz is under "First Stop" and then "Become a Cult Member".

Aw, don't feel stupid, you'll get the hang of it before too long. And don't worry about the quiz, I'm sure Evermore will either pick one out for you based on the answers that you gave, or will let you have a bit of time to think about which one you want to join and you just tell her which one you chose later. Either way it'll get straightened out and you'll be a cult member before you know it.

she can be slow sometimes, so dont feel bad
but shes the only one that works on the cults, and shes not on all that much, so...
but you will prolly get it back within like a week maybe 2 at the most

you can post now, you dont have to be a member of any cult to post there
its not like there are passwords or anything

not necessarily cause they are your favorite character, i mean, that could be why, but also cause of the ways you answer questions
but yeah, thats pretty much it
you can post on any part of the board (even the admin's dont have a blocked off section that the members cant go to)
unless we block you for some reason, which we havent done yet, that i am aware of...

Just one last question,
What gets you blocked?

repeated offenses (i sound like a cop! haha), like if you just keep on using netspeak (we wont ban you unless you use like LONG sentences of netspeak like if you say g2g a couple times, you arent gonna get banned, but if you have like a long chain of them like OMG i luvd that! didnt u? i jst cnt belev how awsum tht was!!!
okay, so i cant make up a sentence, never have been good at it, but you get the idea, repeatedly doing that will get you banned, or at least suspended
or one thing that WILL get you at least suspended (at least on my watch) if not banned, depending on the severity, would be massively suggestive/porn like things... but it would have to be massive detail, like just kinda hinting, isnt gonna do anything, cause i do that all the time, and twilight does it, but like flat out saying it, where it should be in an M rated fanfic, not on a message board, will get you banned in a heartbeat
(or it will from me, cause im not letting people under 12 see that, and i have the power to ban, so dont think i wont) i have a site if you wanna talk about that, where most of the members are over 20, if you want it, ill give you the address, but not here

Yeah, that's excellent! I am so glad Chat/net speak isn't allowed! I hate it! I wasn't sure if it was discouraged here or not. I'm so GLAD it is. And yeah you did an okay job of describing it.

but the freakin charger wont plug into it, so you have to sit there and hold it in to charge it, which sucks
but we are taking the charger back tomorrow, so...
