i have the computer, my brother has the tv, and my mom has the living room and we're all happy. lol.

I don't watch as much TV as I use to. I spend most of my time either here on my computer, or doing something else. But there are a few shows that I like to watch, so I'll usually just watch them then turn the TV off.

i spend my time on the computer period. . i used to be a tv addict, actually . but then my brother started worshiping it and i ran away and i haven't looked back.

I used to be a TV addict (there were like... twelve shows that I was obsessed with) but now I never watch it. I spend basically all my spare time reading, writing, or on the boards. I rarely do my homework, which is a bad thing, because it ends up getting done in the middle of the night when my brain isn't functioning.

I'm pretty lucky, I guess, because I have my own computer, so nobody bugs me about it (except my sister - she's been getting annoyed with me for spending so much time on here lately. She keeps calling me antisocial... doesn't she realize that I'm actually socializing while I'm on here? It is a forum, after all) I bought my computer myself, because I wanted one so badly - actually, I bought all the parts for it, and my dad helped me build it. Our house has plenty of computers, because my dad's a technology freak. We've got some crazy number of them, like seven or something. My dad built us a home theatre, which is basically a computer with a plasma screen and a bunch of hi-tech features. It's pretty cool. Of course, we'd probably be able to buy a house if we didn't waste money on all these gadgets.

That sounds awesome. My dad is the same way, he's always buying gadgets for this and that. I've got my own computer too and I'm the only one that uses it because there are three other computers in the house that people can use. And your sister sounds like my brother, he's always has to say some smartas$ remark about how I spend most of my leisure time on here.

That is really cool, my dad is sort of getting into all these gadgety stuff! I don't have to deal with my brother giving me crap about all the time I spend on here because he moved out but I still have to deal with my parents, I never win, lol!
