Rosalie Hale Discussion Thread

Well I would probably like Rosalie a lot more if she wasn't keeping Emmett from me... grr. But I guess she's okay. I mean obviously she's a little shallow in some ways, but I loved her story about how she killed Royce and all those other people. I thought it was hilarious how she tried to make it like a scene out of a ghost story

Well, I've said it before and I'll say it again: Rosalie could be your best friend or your worst enemy. But all in all, she's pretty cool.

I hated her in the beginning but after reading about her history...She's not too bad...

Yeah, the history part was really what changed my mind about Rosalie. It gave me an idea of where she's coming from, so I can understand her better when she does things that I don't really approve of. And as I said, the whole wearing her wedding dress while she murders Royce, I love that. It sounds exactly like what I would do if I were in her situation.

I agree with ColdOne. In the beginning, I was like Grrr! lol But now I actually like her. She's kind of a priss, but very likeable.

Anyway, I have a question for you guys: How do you guys personally pronounce her name? I say rose-uh-lee, but I have some friends who say roz-uh-lye. I'm just curious.

i really like who they got for Rosalie. She is kinda creepy looking and everything, so yeah. lol

So do I (rose-uh-lee). I've heard a lot of people pronounce it "Row-zuh-lee" which I think is weird.

And personally, I don't like Nikki Reed much. She's pretty of course, but she's not Rosalieish enough (lol, I love making up words).

And I agree, fangsup. She was a whole lot more likeable after we learned her history. I like her now, though not nearly as much as Alice or Emmett

there's just a lot of different pronunciations for her name, so i don't really know.

i like her. (as i sed ^) lol but im wierd i guess. i've heard a lot of different ways to say her name too. i don't like the way people say it sometimes. it gets on my nerves. like when people say Carlisle like Car-sile that makes me mad. lol

oh, i know what you mean! i hate it when people pronounce things differently, i give them dirty looks. haha. or i just correct them. THAT is definitely a weird way to say his name.

I hate it when people pronounce things different.
it severily irks me. especially when it is obvious! *groan in frustration* GET IT RIGHT PEOPLE!

people are usually quite bad with grammer, very annoying, although i cant say that i put my knowledge of it to good use too often.

yeah, I think I've dumbed myself down, wow that's sad, but you would be shocked at how many people get angry when you say things thst they don't understand. It happens to me sister all the time...if you could lay down all the vocabulary words she knows from end to end thay would most likely wrap around the world three fold. My sister is the best, I love her so much

lol, i have to dumb stuff down for a lot of my friends. I've been in Advanced Lanuage since I could be, so I know a lot of stuff... well, we don't do anything, so I doubt I know as many words as sweetblood's sister....lol

I think they need to read a dictionary...maybe that would help (doubt it though).

dictonarys are fun to read, you learn heaps of new words. fun

i know lots of words. i don't read the dictionary, though.

i make up words too. that's fun!

ha ha ha, so do i, im actualy gonna make up my OWN dictonary with my made up words so that everyone can use them!!

i love making up words and meanings and going around school calling people the words. they freak out and are like "what the hell is that supposed to mean?" and i just laugh in there faces hahahahahaha lol

we actually did that for a project in lanuage. it was awesome.

it was. i called a teacher a name that we made up and she flipped out. almost wrote me up actually. it was funny.
