| night terrors and night mares are different.
night terrors are when you have a scary dream and you wake not of your own will and they usually included thrashing and screaming.
nightmares are when you have a scary dream and are trying to wakeup but can't for a while and are stuck in your dream.nightmares may include screaming but you usually can control your body.
just be thankful you don't have them every week of your life.if you want to learn more go to dreamviews it is a forum on lucid dreaming.i am ray there also. | |
