| I've read the "modern Thumbalina on a lamp post" story I liked it. It was very imaginative for a sixth grader I still haven't sent you my embarrassing stories... I will get around to it very soon, though! I wrote a lot of "picture books" when I was little. They mostly centered around cats that did random things and rode ponies. My first proper book was called "The Haunted Sleepover" and I wrote it when I was six. It's a piece of crap covered in scribbles and nonsensical writing, but the sad thing is that I actually put effort into it. The sequel to that one was called "The Mysterious Mystery" but it never got finished. Lol. HEY! I'm not insulting Its Majesty! If it hates worms, then I fully support its decision and I will detest them as well. You guys are just defying Its Majesty's rule and going against Its Majesty's opinion. Shame on you both... Especially Linden, for even suggesting that one of Its Majesty's two most faithful minions would be so insulting... Lol. And Linden, I never said you were bad. It's just that you used to complain about being bad, until the end of year nine when you started doing some really awesome work. Anyway, glad you've finally seen the light that is art | |

| lol, glad you liked it. what else did i send you? i can't even remember... ooh, looking forward to it! cats that ride ponies... sounds entertaining! i don't remember any of mine. they were almost good, though how are we going against Its Majesty's opinions, may i ask? as far as i can see we are obeying Its Majesty to the letter! | |

| There was that and a story about a girl who moved to Egypt, which I haven't finished. But I liked them both. They actually sound a lot like the kind of things I used to write. Then again, how could I NOT have expected that? Yeah, that was the only thing I ever drew back then as well... That's cool! You know you're going to be a famous writer if you write "almost good" things when you're little. The scary thing is, some of the plots I came up with when I was younger were actually really creative and quite good. (Here I go complimenting myself But little me is hardly even me, so...) I thought up some story called "Penny By Penny" about a homeless guy who wanted to go to the Olympics or something like that. The basis was actually reasonably good, even though it sounds dumb And my sister and I started writing some series about cats who went to "Mogopoly Land" and it was really cool. I was just defending myself from Linden's accusations What I meant was that Its Majesty specifically said it didn't like worms, but you and Linden started eating them anyway. It was an almost-solid argument... | |

| oh, that one. *shudders* i wrote that in 6th grade, and it was the first thing i ever wrote. i'm too afraid to go back and even attempt to fix it. it's... well, you'll see. lol, of course they do! i'm looking forward to reading yours!
nice! "almost good" is relative, but a couple of my early stories had potential to be decent. hey, did you obsess over homeless people? i did. i would always invent these stories where i met a homeless girl on the street and took them home. *shakes head* i wrote this one story called "Guardian Angel" about this one homeless girl whose sister died and then she went off to gather bags of birdseed (don't ask!) and came back to find her mother had committed suicide, so she wanders away and meets this rich girl who takes her in. *shakes head* that's the kind of thing i obsessed about... sad, really.
oh, i see. almost solid indeed...

| Samantha, when did I say that you said i was bad?! :S I'm not good, but i didnt say anything to do with that.. Lol? Wohoa "Penny By Penny" is a pretty good title . I'm amazed that any samantha - little samantha or big (lol) samantha could come up with anything like that jokesss . HEHE 'Mogopoly Land" V cool. Ooooh and Anne that "Guardian angel" one sounds pretty good. I'm amazed at your 6th grade and 6yr-old minds . Hehe. Samanthaaaaa we eat the worms that Its Majesty detests so thoroughly so that he doesn't have to see them! Although, i don't even know why i'm bothering to defend my loyalties to Its Majesty... Lol. Ooooh just randomly changing th subject here, but I saw Titanic for the first time last night and WOW it is so seriously depressing. So good. But i was like going crazy watching all those dead frozen people *cries at the memory* It was horrible!!!!!!! | |

| You only JUST saw Titanic?? Wow, crazy person... (Well DUH!) I saw Premonition last night, the one with Sandra Bullock in it. It was rather creepy at parts, but overall I thought it was really good, and quite well put together. It was pretty sad at the end, though. Anne - well it's pretty good for the first thing you ever wrote. I'll get around to sending you mine eventually. It's just such a hassle putting them all onto word and then opening up my email... Lol, I'm lazy. Okay. I kind of did. Well, I think that story was the only time really... But I like the idea of your homeless people stories! The 'Guardian Angel' one sounds pretty cool. And it's not sad - it shows you actually have a conscience, unlike the people who write about fairy princesses in palaces eating the food that all the starving kids need and using all the electricity in the world... Lol Well it was close. Linden - It was on the other page, kind of. You just implied it. I asked if art was compulsory (and may have insulted you slightly in the process, but completely unintentionally... I think ) and you replied saying "No, actually, it's NOT compulsory," or something along those lines, so I explained myself. It's all really confusing, so let's just leave it there Yeah, once upon a time I actually came up with some okay titles... Thanks a lot, Linden. What exactly was your NaNoWriMo story about again? A mermaid and some Papers? Just kidding, I liked the premises of your story. Mainly because it didn't really have a solid premises, but oh well Yeah, yeah, well that might be one way of looking at it... We're all pleasing Its Majesty really, just in different ways. And you SHOULD defend your allegiance to Its Majesty. Nincompoop. Yeah, that last scene is pretty sad. Maybe the first couple of times you watch it | |

True, i'd watched 6 movies before that one in the course of that day (was feeling extremely lazy) and had eaten too much sugar and it was about midnight so my emotions were a little on edge, but STILL. It's heartbreaking. Moving on. Haha yeah true - you have.. or had?.. lol... a conscience Anne . Haha whatever Manth, i'm happy to leave it at that too . I think i remember that though... Whatever Hahahahaha it was a fantastic story!!! LOL. *coughing fit.. not a massive one, however*

You always do that, though. Watching gazillions of movies all in a row... But sugar is good Lol, I agree: Whatever Sure.... (EEK, big loud phone-ringing noise right next to me!!!) Fantastic. Lol. I was reading some of it the other day. It's quite entertaining

sugar rocks! it's the stuff anne exists on. the others like it too, they just won't admit it. we like movies too, so long as they're good ones.
and, since i can't be bothered to look, as i said before, what's entertaining again?

As are movies - i recently got a tv (i don't have one... well, didn't used to have one...) so watching DVDs on the "big" screen is soooo cool We don't have channels though yet (THANK GOD!!), so movies are still all it's used for Ohhh!!! Sorry anne, i don't mean to be exclusive . If ya read the rest of the posts you would understand though LOL. Anyway yes the "quite entertaining" was in reference to my Nanowrimo last year.. I think.. . Ahh yes, yes, it was. . And.. what else...? Oh, nothing else lol.

| nice. we have a tv, but i don't use it, so i don't care too much. you apparently feel the same way about tv as i do, don't you? don't worry, it's not you guys. it's me being lazy. and i'm part of enough exclusive groups that it's informative to be outside sometimes. we decided at the pool yesterday that we were the more exclusive of the two groups on the team, not because we were meaner, but because we were older, and it's easier for the other group to socialize because the other girls are closer to their age. and that was completely random. *shrug* ah, i see. | |

| i watch my dvd's on the computer . yeah. we had a party at the pool. it was cool, actually. we rented the entire pool for about many hours (look, anne can't do math!) and went crazy. actually, we went less crazy at the pool than backstage at the ice show, but i won't go into that now. suffice it to say that it involved screamo music and MAJOR adrenalin rushes. (there were tears). | |

| sounds way cool!
yeah, tears. i don't know if i told you, but there are MAJOR rifts on my team. let's see... (anyone who doesn't care about the complicated politics of a skating team should just stop reading now! oh, and all names have been changed because i'm just cool that way.) so, there are nine girls on our team (there were 10, but one quit). there are 2 factions. 1 faction, made up of the older girls (me, kayla, and mira, and catharine, who quit) tends to go for the gothic, emo-ish, generally apathetic state. then, there is the other faction (laurie, brynna, savannah, rianna, and sheniah) are younger and preppier. the last girl, niki, fluctuates between the two groups. so, during the ice show, we discovered that laurie was only part of the other faction because she wanted to protect sheniah (who's the youngest one there), but she couldn't stand the others anymore. so she switched sides and joined our faction. unfortunately, she's now convinced that sheniah hates her, and we KNOW that savannah hates us all (and yes, it's entirely mutual). then we all had to see each other EVERY DAY for an entire week. as you can imagine, tempers ran high and eventually snapped as savannah yelled at laurie during the performance (though i only know laurie's side of the story, which is that savannah was counting wrong and laurie tripped and savannah snapped at her for it) and laurie came off the ice in tears. so we took her outside and spent our time going insane (you REALLY don't want to know). that was saturday morning, which meant that there was another show that evening, and there were almost more tears. (actually, there were more on saturday morning when a girl on the little team wanted to know why laurie had been crying. i absolutely LOATH that girl, but that's not the point). anyway, we made it through sunday with minimal tears, and then we didn't see each other all week, which was good, though there was a lot of b!tching at the next practice. *sigh* we're not sure if the team can survive. there might be no "i" in "team," but there isn't a "two factions" either. *shakes head*
