OMG I FINISHED IT LAST NIGHT AHHH... Now what?

OMG I FINISHED IT!!!

It was so amazing. I just wanna post my random ramblings in here.

I think that Stephanie Meyer definately wrote fanfiction in her day, because did it seem to anyone else that the entire book would NOT look out of place on ff.net? I don't know, it struck me as such.

But mainly... I finished it. Now what?

and yes it was a total ff story (or as much of it as i have read so far, im starting the third book, so basically im at her changing) when i found out she was preggo i was like "NO FREAKIN WAY has stephenie been reading fanfic or something?!?!?!
i think so far you and evermore are the only ones to have finished it...
well back to reading..

It was amazing, yes, but I sort of agree with the FF.net front. But that's not a bad thing.

omgomgomg, i can't believe i just finished it. i've been waiting so long and now its over! :S:S but anyways on to the book, i loved the weedding and the honeymoon, and i can't believe i was actually riht about bella being pregnant! like i thought it would be amazing for her to get married and have a baby just like a repeat or renee, but then i read something saying that male vampires *special stuff* was frozen too, so i gave up on my idea.ive been reading other things on the internet and everyone seems so mad that stephenie did that! i thought it was perfect! when i saw that jacob had his own perspective in the book, i wass soo angry! thinking HOW COULD SHE DO THIS TO US!?!?!?! BUT-i totally understand why.. it would just be boring listening to bella and how sick she is lol. and after this book i have a whole new perspective on jacob:) i used to HATE him, now hes totally tolerable:). i thought emmets sex jokes were hilariouss, like at least somebody scored tonight-er whatevs- it was funny but i was a little bit dissapointed with the name for the baby, renesmee? it was cute i mean, but it kindof bugged me how she didnt include alice.. at ALL when they were so close in the previous books,
like Renesmee Carlie. So everyone included was Renee, Rosalie, Charlie and Carlisle. i felt really bad for poor alice but now my story is done
i lvoeeee that book and i cried at the end bc i was so happy for the cute little vampire family .. :$ but i gueess the series from bellas perspective cant go on forever, and i hope stephenie actually writes a book from jacobs talking about him and renesmee (cant believe i said that :S ) but yeah. all done .

Ok, well sadly i'm one of the people that thought the baby thing was a little too much. i grew to like it, but at first i was kinda like "whaaat? this is a fanfic!" and i was dissappointed, but it turned out to be ok. And I didn't like her name either. I still don't really. It's again really fanficcy how she just combined their names like that, and plus I just don't really like made up names for kids. Except Renesmee is a combonation of Renee and Esme, not Rosalie, so she named her after her grandparents.

I also really liked the Jacob part. I was disappointed at first, but actually, that part came close to converting me to Team Jacob.... AH!

I was kinda disappointed with the end that we didn't get to see Renesmee grow up, so I DEFINATELY think she should write more about that.

But so yeah everything else was pretty much perfect.

and sorry, Stephenie! not Stephanie! bad habit.

OK just for the record, stuff that i just read on here just ruined the last book for me. I can't afford the last book yet but thanks people.

2)one spoiler, thats it, not the whole book, and besides she gets preggo by page 130! (i hate shes skipping all the s** scenes though...hehe)

oh i loved the part in jacob's POV, definetly my fav. part of all the series, sorry but it was, k confession: how sad is it that i actually started crying toward the end of book 2 when he was saying "i have nothing left to give"?

ohhh yeah, for some reason i thought she mentioned rosalie in there, but then i like reread that part and was like wooopsiess (A), butt awww you started crying too!?? haha SAME HERE,
i was like omg im such a loser why am i crying i know everything will work out, it HAS to because its the last book lol. then at the end i starrted crying bc the series was OVER, well from bellas pov, butt it'll be like another 2 years probs before the next bok comes out, maybe three bc she still has to finish midnight sun, which im excited for too . but btw, whats fanfic :S:S sory lol i've seen everyone comparing it to fanfic and im like whaaaa?

ikr, i can't wait for the next books!! and she hasn't even finished writing midnight sun. btw, does anyone know how far finished Stephenie is yet with that? i hope she's at least almost halfway. :S
anyways, i just finished BD last night and i'm like, "OMG this can't be over yet!!! this is the first book she's a vampire!!! i want to know EVERYTHING!!!" so i started writing my own version of some of the parts that i liked and daydreamed and all. now i can obsess over Twilight the movie and midnight sun instead, lol. first, the movie tho. midnight sun prob wont come out for about a year, i have no clue how far she is into it. but she seems to be a fast writer.
i cant believe she got preggo!!! that was TOTALLY not expected. i didn't think...! omg, it totally surprised me. and i don't really understand the point...? oh wait, happy life, little family, human experiences, ok now i get it. hehe.
but omg it doesn't feel like the series is over yet!!!

Alrighty, well Aryn just gave the definition of a fanfic when she said she started writing her own versions of the parts she liked...

a fanfic, short for Fanfiction, is a story in which people who are fans of a certain book or television series or even a movie or cartoon or pretty much ANYTHING write their own stories that include either the characters from the fandom (word for a particular series, e.g. the Twilight fandom or Harry Potter fandom) or the settings or just ideas and concepts. Probably the best site to find any kind of fanfic would be fanfiction.net but there's a bunch of smaller sites for particular fandoms.

But yeah there's the lesson of the day!

And you tend to notice particular trends in fanfics, so a couple of us noticed that Stephenie Meyer wrote a book that is kinda like something you could find on ff.net or similar sites...

i finished the book and know i only can tell I WANT MORE, MUCH MORE BOOKS. this book is the best but it still need more. only know bella became a vampire. so many things to know about her... how can i survive?

Craziness!! I finished in one day!! I was on vacation, so I could only get it the day of. No midnight release parties for Maggie...
I thought the book was a little too much like a fan-fic because of the Jacob imprinting on Renesmee thing. It was still awesome. I think Stephenie is making a Twilight Encyclopedia thing. Yeah, I can kind of tolerate Jacob a bit more. Irina was such an a** though. I mean really!

likeee i need to know more about how renesmee grows up with edward and bella, and will renee know about renesmee? ithink she should do like 1 MORE book from bellas pov, thats all (even tho i wish she could do more). but hey, maybe she will, she changed her mind aboutthe baby thing right? and think about how many authors say THIS IS THE LAST BOOK, then it isnt:P; like didnt jk rowlings do that before?

And yeah I think we all agree about the fanfic business. But I think it was mostly the entire baby plot was like a fanfic. It was an enjoyable fanfic, though!

Oh me gosh. So I finished it and um WOW holy crap. i love little Renesmee. When I found out she was preggo I freaked out! i guess we were all wrong that vampires could get people pregnent. And then when jacob imprinted on her Ugh that made me not so happy. I'm so happy that Balla is finally a vampire!! Some sads things was at the end when they thought the Voultri was gonna kill them and they said they're goodbyes was so unbelivibly sad and the Alice came back! Still sad. Then the last apge EDWARD COULD HEAR BELLA! AHHHHHH!! So i think that about covers my ramblings

she wouldnt be the first author to say she wasfinishing the serries and then not , plus like ALL of the (good) reviews + comments people have said to stephenie as her to do just ONEEE more book, so hopefully she'll feel bad for us poor innocent teenagers and write another (A)

maybe... but sometimes when authors set their minds to certain things as important as the length of a series, it's hard to change their minds after that. it's an unfortunate characteristic.

me wanna 'nother book!

SO I finished the book the day it came (read through the night without sleep!) And im just now getting on here to let it all out! It was nothing like I had expected a all which is probably a good thing. it was a little strange that half way through the book all the questions that I had had been answered. And this book proves that Stephanie can write and ending like none other! BUT I WANT MORE I NEED MORE EDWARD ALICE EMMETT BELLA ALL THE CULLENS!!!! my only disappoinment in this was that there wasnt enough Alice but the book was still AMAZING!

Yes! We need more of the Cullens! Just a little bit more PLEASE!! I want to see hoe Nessie grows up and and just everything Hopefully she'll write another one. i agree that Alice wasn't in it enough.

yeah this one might be my favorite but i still want to know more about renesmee and jacob and then bella just to see how everything works out there needs to be one more book
