Symphony. I'm always tired and it's ridiculously hard to doze off while listening to rock music. Unless you mean an actual rock, in which case I still say symphony. Rocks hurt when your brother throws them at you.

Um... given that I'm still human, I'm going to say jump off a cliff. Normal baseball is dangerous for me (I am both coordinationaly and reflexually challenged).

Classical music. Even Jasper (my son, not Stephenie Meyer's wonderful creation) likes it! (It's called screamo and it may often result in a busted eardrum or loss of hearing lol).
