| the title really says it all This is the place to talk about books other than the Twilight Series. Anything else by Stephenie (the host, or any other future books), or any other book. You can request a book to read, suggest a book you have recently read, or not, you can trash a book (not badly though, just say i hated this book, and why, please don't start with " I HATE THIS *** **** BOOK!!! I WISH THE AUTHOR WOULD STOP WRITING AND RECALL THIS ****BOOK!!!!!!", PLEASE DON'T DO THAT!!!!!!) okay so i'll start: good book which i'm sure many of you have read:
Blue Bloods ~Melissa de la cruz -Vampire book, though subtle, it is a slight romance book, so i am warning you of some "scenes" now, though i have read worse
Seven Tears into the Sea~ Terri Farley -sci-fi romance, though not really a sci-fi, it has a selky in it (half seal- half man), it's more of a romance though. No "scenes" whatsoever though.
Uglies trilogy~Scott Westerfield- do i really have to explan these?
Speak and it's "sequel" Cataylst~Anderson- Cataylst isn't really Speak's sequel, but it does give away the ending to Speak because they are based in the same school, and the Main characters talk for about a page. | |

| Plus .....
*Vampire Kisses - Totally awesome book about a goth-girl named Raven who finds Alexander.. a very hawt vamire...! Bu there's so much more to the story....^^
* Blood & Chocolate. I dont care if you've seen the movie. Actually if u HAVE seen the movie then u really should read the book. Its much better then the actuall movie. About a werewolf named Vivan who falls in love with a human named Aiden. But theres so many temptations & ofcourse relationships like that dont really work out.....*Some mature Content*
*Vampire Knight. This one's a manga and i LOV it. About a girl named Yuuki who attends Cross Academy. When she was 4? she was wondering in the snow and a vampire attacked her. Kaname ( hawt alert!! ) saved her though. There's 2 sections? though. The morning class and the night class. The big secret is that the night class is made up of vampires...and nobody but Yuuki, Zero and the Chairman ( her adoptive father). Its Awesome..!
*Inkheart. If you haven't read it. Read. It. Now.
*This lullaby. Actually anything by Sarah Dessen..! Touches lotz on life. * Mature COntent*
*Bottled up. Its really good if you dont mind depressing. Its about a teenage boy who does drugs and stuff. He has a alchoholic father who beats him up & makes his life h*** and also he has a annoying 10? year old brother & a mother who stays mostly out of this. Its about his struggles and the relizatition tht hits him.
*Cut. Haven't read it but still MUST be good. ABout a girl having problems with cutting herself.
xD.... | |
