I reckon it would be cool as an anime. At least in a way it could look more 'real' with the running and stuff rather than how it would look in the movie.

To me, the casting was horrific. I just couldn't believe it, I was so gob smacked and disappointed.

Yeah... and with anime, you dont have a limited choice on who the characters are going to look like... you can ahve them look exactly the same as the book said they were without the limitations of human actors... lol

Hmmm, I'm not sure it would work... It depends on what kind of vampire they were changed to. There are so many different 'breeds' that it's hard to say.
