The Cullen Cult Murderesses, I like the sound of that. It has a certain ring to it. I'm starting to write one, they seem to be my thing. Just about every book I have is a murder mystery of sorts.

cool! i can't do mysteries, for some reason. maybe because i don't read enough of them. i'm not too fond of killing characters either (which is ironic, when you consider my eagerness to kill real people), but i do do it when i need to. they tend to be major characters as well, which is both good and bad, in that it gives my other characters something to react to, but it's not easy to write! *shrug* oh well. what must be done must be done, i suppose.

I'm not too great with mysteries (I can't get them to unfold the right way) but I do like killing people in my stories. Well I don't actually LIKE it, but I don't have a huge problem with it, and it always ties in well. In the book I'm currently writing (it's hopefully going to be a series of three or four) I've killed off characters that haven't even been introduced yet. I guess it's easier that way, because I don't get attached to them first. But I'm also thinking of killing off one of my main characters, which could get messy. It all depends which of my three possible endings for the series I decide on.

And I like the sound of that - The Cullen Cult Murderesses. It makes us sound pretty cool, and our evilness can finally be recognized!! Mwahahaha!

Actually, come to think of it, it might be better if we stay ambiguous. We don't want people getting suspicious.

Oh well, it's too good a title to pass up. Who cares about keeping our murderous plans hidden? As long as we have a cool name, nothing else matters.

i killed of one of my main characters, and some secondary ones, and i've incapacitated one . hey, there's a war going on, and some people are going to have to die. that's just the way it works. it's harder with some characters than others, though. (i always knew i would kill off my main character, so that was easier. i was prepared for it.)

i do the same thing, murder a few, and if i really dont like them much i murder then in really nasty ways he he he

fun. my character is being killed by a vengeful demon queen that he fell in love with. does that count as nasty? and one of my others has to die TWICE, once because he saved my main character laurel from an angry god and the second time because aforesaid demon queen was trying to kill them all and he was in the wrong place at the wrong time. and i LIKED him, too .

One of my characters is getting killed in a car accident. It's going to be very abrupt. They'll all get out of the car and be like "is everyone all right?" "what happened to your hand?" and so on, and then somebody will go "hang on, where's so and so?"

*big dramatic moment*

Yes, well, hopefully it should work better than that when I actually write it. But that won't be until the third book, if I ever get there. And at the moment I'm considering writing a prequel, just for some background information, because the magic and the storyline in this series is getting very complicated.

And Anne, one of the vampires in my story is going to be called Laurel. I have big plans for these vampires

sounds abrupt indeed! and dear God, you're writing FOUR volumes?! i only have enough plot for ONE, though i like my world so much i'm going to have others set in the same world. they'll be more companions than sequels, though.

Well let's just say I can't tell a short story... I've written almost ten chapters and my main character has yet to find out the basis of the whole story. I tend to ramble on a bit in my writing, but the stories I come up with need a LOT of explaining, so they tend to be long. But I like the idea of having a whole series of books, so I would have done four even if my writing wasn't so long winded. The prequel, though, if it ever got published, would come out after the others, because it's sort of an explanatory thing, and would ruin the whole story. The thing is, the souls of all the magical characters in the prequel are awakened much later, resulting in the characters for the actual series. That didn't make much sense, but I guess the point is that it is extremely complicated

I like your idea of having companion books. I'll definitely be first in line at the book store when any of them are released

Yes, vampires are very cool There are a lot of mythical creatures and such in my story, I'm having a whole family of them, though they're nothing like the Cullens. They're much more old-fashioned, but that's all I'll say for now. You'll have to wait until it (hopefully) gets published to find out the rest.

oh, i'm the same. i'm at chapter nine, and my characters have only just started. They haven't even met all of the main people yet! I have a passion for backstory, so i need to work all that in. it's really complicated back story too, which is fun and annoying at the same time. oh, i see about the prequel. that makes sense. like making the star wars prequels after the original three.
