i haven't had a chance yet. . stupid ice show...

Ooh, how's the ice show going? I've got the competition tomorrow, and I'm really freaking out. I lost my axel this morning, and when I say "lost" I mean COMPLETELY ruined. My double salchow is alright (touch wood) but I don't know what I'm going to do about the axel in my program.

it's actually going well. th second half is high school musical , but there are TEN pairs there, all with high school or older guys, which is incredible. i swear, i've never seen so many guys on the ice at once . they do a basketball number to "get your head in the game" which is possibly the most amazing thing i've ever seen. *shakes head*

and the rival team skates in that half. (we're in the first half, thankfully). their adult team is amazing, and their intermediate time is pretty good (my friend's on that team) but their beginner team... well, let's say they made us feel a LOT better about our own performance .

that sucks majorly! *touch wood in sympathy* i'm not going to assure you that you'll get it back, because that would be jinxing it, but i sincerely hope that you will!

Well that's good, Anne. And wow, I've always wanted to see High School Musical on ice. I can imagine Getcha Head In The Game would be pretty cool if it were done by skaters.

The rival team? Cool! I like skating rivalries... (One of my current rivals happens to be an eight year old, but let's not get into that... ) Haha, that's good then.

Well it's good that you didn't jinx it. I got it back for the competition, thankfully, but it was pretty cheated. Oh well, I got third anyway

apparently. and yes, some of them are indeed hott. or, at least, i think so. this is braden overett, who isn't a pair skater, but is still senior level men's competitor and (in my opinion) the best looking of the guys.

yeah. we don't like them very much. they're evil and they try to steal our skaters. *sigh* that's the problem with skating, though. the rivalries are always with younger kids. *sigh*

Anne, that skater is indeed hott I don't know of many male skaters (except Evgueni Plushenko - who's kind of funny-looking - Brian Joubert - I can't even remember what he looks like - and maybe a couple of others.)

Yeah, that makes sense. Guys are blundering and violent, women are clever and cunning. That works And poison is more effective as well, so that just proves the whole 'women are better than men' point.
