I'm new and confused

Hi I'm Kigai, I would prefer not to reveal my true name (who knows what stalkers might stumble upon my internet whereabouts?).

I am very art-based and enjoy drawing, singing, dancing, listening to music, occasionally clay modelling (though I'm not too good at that one), writing fictional stories and creating patterns with tomato sauce. I have the capability of coming up with witty, funny or interesting phrases or comments occasionally though that particular power is as of yet unharnessed by my conscious mind. I like watching Japanese anime and reading manga and my favourite at the current moment is Naruto. I play gameboy and playstation 2. My favourite game on gameboy is Pokemon and on playstation 2 (which I don't have much for) Onimusha 3. I like sleeping and disappearing into my thoughts as well. I have food interests based around chocolate and fish and I have no idea how bored the people reading this message have become.

Right, now that I've killed everybody with my pointless rambling, I think I'll stop.

Hi Kigai! I'm Sam. Don't worry, we don't mind rambling at all. In fact, I do it a lot (I'm sure many people will back that up for you ). I'm glad to hear that you like writing stories, since I'm a VERY avid writer. I like hiding in my thoughts too, most of the time in the world of my stories. It's quite entertaining, especially when the only alternative is listening to my teachers babble on about postcolonial criticism (don't ask what that is, it'll bore you to tears). Thanks so much guys. To tell you the truth I was a little scared coming here because I rarely do well in chats. I always seem to choose exactly the wrong section to put my topics in.
It was actually Lilly Cullen that got me on here. I'm glad that you respect the name thing, I was worried about coming across as rude. And it's also good to see that there are other people like me who like to write and disappear!

No problem I think you'll find that this is one of the friendliest forums out there. And it's very user-friendly, so I don't think navigation will be a problem for you. And don't worry about the name thing, it's probably smarter to keep your real name to yourself anyway. I use my real first name, but (evidently) not my real last name. It's one of those tricky ones that nobody can pronounce or spell anyway, even though it's super short.

I probably will. At least eventually. What do I have to do to join?
I can mess up even the easiest of navigation. *Is not very good at direction*

then you can figure out from there, its REALLY simple

hey, i'm anne. i'm a writer too, and i'm just about as crazy as sam. that'll be obvious as you get around the forum more, especially the Jasper threads. yeah... it's a LONG story about what's going on in the Jasper threads, though it may possibly be summed up by "open warfare between fangirls." Sam, among others, can back me up on this. She's supposed to be keeping it under control but she's having far too much fun. .

As is probably obvious, I love Jasper. I also love to write fiction or fanfiction or just about anything (heck, i even sometimes like to write reports... as i said, i'm crazy ). Disappearing into my thoughts is fun, though I usually end up planning my stories out loud, and that's slightly embarrassing in class . I am also what you might call, "directionally challenged." That means that I got lost coming from my old school to my house even though it was straight all the way. . As I said, directionally challenged. .

I'm sure you'll have fun here. I normally don't do well in forums either, but I found a niche here. I'm sure you will too.

I'm going to stop now. I tend to talk too much. Hopw you have fun!

Don't worry Anne, I'm just as over the top (well of course I am, is there anything about as that isn't the same? ). Lilly, you should see our skating thread, it's kind of gone off the deep end in terms of over-the-topness. I don't think anybody other than Anne or I would actually go through and read it all.

That's true, I am supposed to be keeping the Jasper battle under control. But as you said, it's just too fun to watch the pretty colours of the raging fight

you don't have bangs. i do. apart from that... no, i don't think so . and yeah, talk about over-the-topness! i think everyone has pretty much given up on us there, what with us posting long long posts about things no person who isn't a skater would understand!

the summaries make sense, its the long versions that i end up getting lost in.
