i haven't had coloring books in forever. i miss them too. *sigh* i'm good at coloring inside the lines! it's the only artistic thing i can do! dilapidated stick figures, remember?

Coloring books, those were the days. Or those fuzzy pictures where there was black fuzz outlining a design and then you colored in the design, so cool!

ooh, i love those! my markers always got full of black fuzz, though. *shrug* i loved them anyway .

Dude!!!!! I was the best at coloring in elementary school they were all just hating because they thought I was the creepy emo chick who never let anyone see her drawings (which I got sent to a shrink for). Gotta love the 'rents.

I LOVED those black fuzz things!! I used to do them all the time. I remember doing one that was like a picture of a fairground, and another that was a unicorn or something. Those things were like colouring for the handicapped (because you can't possibly go outside the lines) but I loved them anyway.

And I'm good at colouring too. I get mad at myself if I don't stay inside the lines. And Anne, some of my best drawings involve stick figures (I usually prefer just making crazy, funny pictures), but I can do other things too, like painting. I can't draw people to save my life though, so that's why I prefer stick figures. In art I have to paint a self portrait for my first assessment, so I'm probably going to end up looking like a mutilated blob.

Ha!!! I didn't say I could stand it. If anything it made me crazier. And until Twilight came alongI had nothing to dedicate my nueotic behavior to. And now my parents are afraid.............very afraid. MWHA-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA.

Maybe that's why I liked those fuzzy colorings so much, coloring for the handicapped, there was no way you could go outside the lines, lol!

I can't draw either, and everyone else seems to color better than me too. Wow I feel untalented, lol!

Haha, that's probably why EVERYONE liked them so much. They made everybody look like an artist (unless you're as smart as us and you can see that they're just an incapacitated artist trying to look good).

I tried to paint a few scenes out of my story the other day, just to get the image clear in my head, but it turned out really really bad. I'm usually an okay drawer, but I can only draw certain things. I think text is my strong point. I like doing all sorts of crazy letters and stuff, and my friends all say I'm good at it.

I was never good at any of this artistic stuff, I am not even good at doing good looking crazy letters! *sigh*

Well not everybody is an artist. And stick figures are always fun too My friend and I spend every French lesson these days drawing random, crazy pictures with stick figures of characters from Harry Potter and Twilight and other made up stuff. It's heaps of fun!! And the good thing is I don't actually have to pay attention in French, because I went to an immersion school in Canada for five years and this class is still learning verbs and stuff. In our drawings we even made up a character from our French work - it was supposed to be "Mrs. Van Der Tramp" (all the letters stand for the reflexive verbs we're supposed to be learning) but I found that there was a mistake, and that there were two verbs left over, so we changed it to "Dr. Mrs. Van Der Tramp". We drew her and she was this creepy, fat nurse lady in an alleyway looking like a slob. It was pretty funny

Omg, last year my friends Natalie and Amie and I all started this comic book series based on our hatred for our teacher, it was called SBS (Super Bull S**t/Spidergirl, Batb***h, and Superchick) I was Superchick and our teacher was the evil Bionic Buckly it was freackin' halarious man, but thats all I can say because the rest is too inappropreate for this site

haha, thats funny. in algebra (my advanced math class is so boring) i draw like random stick figure fights or the adventures of bob... long story short, my bus ride is boring so me and a 6th grade friend made bob barely escape death and then he dies at the movies.

lol, nice! i plug myself into my ipod and read during french class. i can't STAND listening to the other kids' really BAD accents, and they talk SO slowly! the only one who's fun to listen to is Pierre, who is french and talks SO fast, and it's fun to be the only person who can understand him .

i don't draw stick figure wars, i write depressing stories, or i start them. i have a notebook full of starts of angst-filled stories that i never get around to finishing .

I know exactly what you mean, Anne! The other people in my class... no offense to them, but they all suck. Most of them have been doing French for two years, and they still pronounce "est" literally. And they take about five minutes to answer a simple question. There's only one person apart from me in my class who actually speaks proper French (he's from France) but I'm better than him at the written part

My stick figures go through a lot of depressing things. Mostly I draw Harry Potter dead, or else getting twenty thousand bludgers thrown at his head (I really love the books, but seriously, Harry is an emotionless blob when it comes to personality). I use the name Bob for just about everything, or else I go crazy and invent completely wacko new names, like Jibberbob Gobbledeguck (I know it's Gobbledegook, really, but that's part of the weirdness ). I once renamed my friend Jebadiah Gregory Chussberk.

And Anne, I write stories in class too. Usually they're not depressing - that is, unless I'm in a really bad mood. And I wish I could listen to my ipod in class, but they're banned, and the teachers at my school are like hawks, hanging over you all the time.

At my school it depends on what building you are in, like the south building or the east (sometimes) if you have a knife out they are just like ;put that away before i see it" but in the west, omg fureal they think you are going to go on a killing spree. OH PLEASE! iIf i was going to do that i would not carry a knife and go around stabbing people. That is just dumb; knifes are ment for slow and painful deaths. Its the best thing you could use really, because you conrol how much or little damage you want to cause.

lol I don't have math this year YAHOO!!! i'm so happy about that becaues I suck at math. I don't remember having to write a story for a class but I have been writting on and off for about seven years, they are sort of depressing but cool. I have sadly put the writting on the backburner (along with the poerty ) and put school first, but that is just for now; after I graduate I'm going to do alot more with my stuff and hopefully give my characters the sorties they deserve.

i'm in 4th year french, and the people there pronounce "fils" as in son like "fille" as in daughter. it's pretty funny. but it's REALLY irritating at the same time!

you're so right about harry. he is a jerk who only gets worse as the books go on. i have to write him majorly ooc to be able to write about him at all! (well, more ooc than you need to make him fall in love with Draco, that is ).

i'm not supposed to use my ipod, but my hair is thick enough that i can get away with using them in class. most of my teachers don't care, just as long as i turn the work in.

same. i don't even get to take normal math. i have to take stupid IMP (integrated math program) which should just die! it's pure torture!!

I don't mind math. My mom is a math teacher (at a different school, mind you) so I've got the help I need. What does bug me is that my math teacher gives my class extra homework, just because we're the extension class. It's freaking annoying!

i've gone beyond both my parents in math, so i have no help there. thankfully, i have the best math teacher EVER, who explains things to me in a way that i can UNDERSTAND them, so i don't need too much help! (she's the one who helped me get my first A on a math test EVER! ) that would be annoying! i hate it when teachers do that. it's like, "enough already! we're the honors class, which means we're already doing harder math, and other honors classes, so we really don't need more homework, thank you very much!"
