Nope, that isn't allowed. One Cult, though you may post in and fraternize (hehehe) with members of other Cults.

And also ToubouOokami I for one dont mind you posting replies, but I guess thats not exactly my place to say yes too....

Posting in other Cults is just dandy (As long as the posts aren't akin to something along the lines of: OMG ROSALIE SUCKS ALICE CULT IS COOLER WE KICK YOUR BUTT, et cetera.)!
