Honestly, I'd rather be a human. But I'd have to go with werewolf, even though as a vampire I'd have Jazz. I think being a werewolf would be cooler.

I think the question was BE murdered or kill yourself. And then I'd go with be murdered, cuz I wouldn't want people to think that I didn't love them or I took the easy way out. At least then they'd know it wasn't my idea and maybe that I put up a fight till the end too...
