Yeah, me too. But my hair doesn't have the kind of texture that works when it's short. So I keep it long... and suffer because of it I swear my ponytail must be about four times the thickness of the average ponytail...

My hair likes to stick out in random places and i can't get it sraight!! (SP!?!?!?!?!?!?!) I need a hair cut...

mine's pretty easy to manage... sometimes i straighten it, but usually only if i went to sleep on it wet the night before. otherwise it's straight without help. so i just leave it down, run a brush through it occasionally, and i'm good.

You're soooo lucky. And you have really nice hair (judging by the pics). I don't bother straightening mine because it just doesn't straighten at all. And it's annoyingly thick, and stuck between wavy and curly and straight, and it doesn't do anything I tell it to. And yet today at school my friend was telling me how lucky I am to have hair like this. I was just staring at her open-mouthed the whole time

But anyway, enough complaining (from me)

ok well right now i havent done anything to my hair except wash it and put a tiny bit of gel and heat protector in it, and its like massive curls/waves, so its extremely annoying

well thats prolly the last time im gonna get to see him cause they are prolly gonna sell him in 6 weeks, and im not going back to my dads for well over that 6 weeks, so...
but yes hes sooo cute, and the momma finally stopped growling at me and i got to hold him when we switched out cages...

my stepmom nicknamed him Romeo for now, when they thought it was a girl, they people who were supposed to get him named him Sassy, but they dont wanna deal with a boy, so....

sam, you described my hair perfectly, and i've had the exact same experience! "annoyingly thick, and stuck between wavy and curly and straight, and it doesn't do anything I tell it to" is exactly how mine is. and people look at it and rave over it and are like, "OMGOD how can you not love your hair? i'd die to have hair like that!" -shakes head- you know, if someone could invent a hair switching machine, they'd be millionaires. then two people could switch hair with each other and they'd be happy for a little while, and, when they stopped being happy, they'd find someone else to switch with. it would be brilliant!

ooh, that looks awesome! lucky! i wanna die my hair again (the black wore out and now it's brown again ) but the hairdresser here won't do it. she's all like, "no, you don't want to do that, your hair's so pretty" and yahdah yahdah yahdah... i don't care if my hair's pretty, i'm BORED with it!

i thought about dying my hair for a while, buuuuttttt then I didn't.

i know it's my hair. i try to tell them that, but no! ans then my grandparents, who i'm staying with for vacation, are all like, "you don't want to do that! it's ugly and you won't like it." (i wanted to die it blue, which i still think would be amazing). and they refuse to listen when i inform them that it is my hair. though i can't pay for it, which might be a problem. but i'm (hopefully) getting a job soon, so i'll make enough money to afford it. but blue's out of the question because it involves bleaching, which is off limits. so i'll have to see.

Anne, I don't get why they won't dye your hair... I mean, technically, if they want to please their customers, they should just do as they ask. What kind of business is that? Blue hair would be SO cool!

I've never dyed my hair. I'm annoyed with the colour of it, but if I dyed it, I think it would just get worse once it washed out. As a substitute I generally make the characters in my stories have cool, dyed hair while I just stick with my boring blondey-browny-reddy colour

They're loosing money. I've had a similar experience but it was because my hair was long (to my waist) and they didn't want me cutting it (I had it cut to my shoulders). A bunch of the people there kept asking me if I was sure I wanted to get it cut.

I donate my hair and according to my mom they wont take my hair if it's dyed.
