Reading twilight to kids could work, or we could just tell people the truth and ask for their money, they would understand why we want to take Bella out right? LOL!

true... or they would lock us up in padded rooms... which could be fun for some of us .

but we could read it to kids. twilight would be good. depending on the age and maturity level, parts of eclipse and new moon might be a bit iffy, but we'll deal with that when we get there.

do we need a meeting place? i think we're all over the world at this point, so we should probably meet somewhere, probably in the continental US, so that we can get to Forks by bus.

I think we'd most likely end up in padded rooms, but like you said it would be fun. Just as long as they didn't make us wear straight jackets as well.

Yes, reading to little kiddies could be an option. I think it would be kind of fun. We'll figure something out for that one.

nebraska sounds good. it's pretty close(ish) to where i live, and it's close enough to forks that people wouldn't be too bored on the bus trip. the last thing we want is people being bored .

Exactly! They're horrible. Besides I don't think we're THAT insane, or maybe we are but still...

What would be a good book to read to them? I'm never around little kids and haven't been for quite some time so I have no idea what they'd be interested in. I'll leave that up for the rest of you to decide.

Even if they did get bored, I'm sure we could think of something to help keep them entertained. I mean there will be hostages...

hmm, what else could we use? what about ipods with barney songs? We could tape them to the hostage's heads and turn the volume all the way up. that should be enough to keep anyone out of it!

That's just pure evil. I LOVE IT! Ha, the ultimate torture. Better be sure to bring extra duct tape to put over their mouths then, just in case they start to sing along(though only God knows why they would). Because there is no way in hell that I'm going to listen to Barney.

You guys were talking for AGES. And as usual, I get to talk to no one. Fun fun fun...

Anyway, you guys have got some pretty good plans. I've got some books we can read to little kids (or preteens, or whatever). The series I'm reading right now would be perfect. It's a fantasy series, and it's not inappropriate except for some torture scenes. But of course, that would keep them scared enough to keep their mouths shut and not ask about the reason for our fundraising...

Any yes, that is absolutely perfect!! Barney songs *shudders* I hate them. I think they'd be enough to kill anybody if they were blasted at full volume into their ears. And I don't think it matters if we slip up and let a few of them die... then again, as Anne said already, the whole process would take longer if we landed up in jail. Maybe not quite full volume then

And we forgot one crucial piece of equipment - the Bible! (don't worry, I'm not going all sensible here, I mean TWILIGHT, of course) We need that to remind us of the purpose of our mission.

We sure did. I honestly didn't realize that we had talked that much because I completely lost track of time while I was on here. But I really couldn't get to sleep right away anyway, so it gave me something to do. Sorry that you didn't have anyone to talk to Sam, different time zones really do suck.

I'm glad that you have some ideas about what to read, we were having a bit of trouble with that one. What did you have in mind? And yes, we won't worry about the torture scenes, they may come in handy later.
