ooh! now i'm reading this book called peeps by the same guy who wrote the uglies series. it's about vampires and i love it!

i didn't know that guy wrote another book! i should probably check it out.

the Lovely Bones was amazing.

i know these aren't books, but if anyone is into x-men and fanfiction... the best and i mean THE BEST fanfics i have ever read, better than most books, are Giddy and Love of my Life by Seven Sunningdale on ff.net

Well I have a giant stack of books I'm reading right now. But I recommend Generation Dead by Daniel Waters. It's awesome.

what's it about?

Well...Goth girl Phoebe has never run with the popular crowd at school. However, no one can believe it when she falls for Tommy Williams, the leader of the dead kids--the literally dead, living-impaired kids who are doing their best to fit into a society that doesn't want them.

And the 'living impaired' kids are dead but came back. Like One of them drowned but came back. they don't breath, barely talk, have no feeling. It only happens in America too. the docotrs think it's a mix of horomones and fast food. it's reallly reeeeaaaalllllyyyy good

Haha yeah. I like how the main girl is Goth, not some preppy cheerleader.

yeah i have too but grapes of wrath takes close reading + annotating which makes it take like twice as long. and I was worried cuz i was going on a trip. But i ended up being able to finish it all on the plane and then some so yayyy!!!!

I just read Jurassic Park. Gah. It's like dino sex. And Son of a Witch has the most irritating cliffhanger ever. I NEED TO GO TO BOOKS A MILLION!!!

the only bookstores i ever go to is Borders cuz it's right by my house and Half Price Books because it's a lot cheaper than Borders and i absolutely LOVE the building it's in! It's really old and windy and you feel like you could get lost in there. one time i found a staircase to a 2nd story i didn't even know exsisted!

I'm reading Son of a Witch again.

Do not read Evernight Academy. It was a waste of three hours. Seriously.
